Why another link shortner?

I missed the simplicity of goo.gl, and wished there was something out there that I can start using ASAP and begin feeling productive.

What information is collected in the redirect URL?

At the time of writing, no information is collected in the redirect process. In the future, that may change when non-PII is stored for metrics on referrers, geo information and browser information, similar to what goo.gl offered.

Is this service free?

Yes, for the time being the service is absolutely free.

Can I create an account?

At this time, accounts cannot be created, but when you generate your first link a dashboard will be automatically created for you that you can continue adding links to in order to manage links in one central location.
